Creative Arts Group Therapy for Kids

Our in-person creative arts group therapy programs support children through art and music–based therapeutic approaches in a structured, supportive group setting. Led by qualified therapists, these groups are designed to help children build emotional regulation skills, express themselves safely, and connect with peers in meaningful ways.

No prior art or music experience is required. Creative activities are used as therapeutic tools — not performance — allowing children to participate at their own comfort level while engaging in evidence-informed group psychotherapy.

The program provides a consistent daily structure that supports emotional regulation, confidence, coping skills, and peer relationships through art, music, movement, and group reflection.

Creative activities are used intentionally as therapeutic interventions. No art or music experience is required, and all materials are provided. Children bring their own lunch and drinks.
